About Us

Rob's Bageland has been family-owned and operated for 27 years. Since Rob’s purchase of the restaurant in 2003, he has been a hands-on owner and worked all areas of Bageland. In 2007, Rob opened his second location in Plantation with his wife Alicia, who has been with Bageland for over 30 years. In 2008, they opened their third store in Tamarac, which has become a huge success for them. They have a great staff that has been with them since 1987.

In May 2014, Bageland purchased their fourth location on Lakeview and Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs. The Coral Springs Bageland has been totally renovated. Bageland has had the same employees for over two decades. Chef Moise Jeannot does most of the cooking for the two Coral Springs stores as well as the Tamarac store. He makes all the soups, corned beef, brisket, stuffed cabbage and knishes from scratch. Samantha Gerstl, Alicia's daughter manages the new Lakeview location and has been with the company for 4 years. David Lesser is the face of Tamarac and he has been with Bageland for 6 years.
